7 Poppin Pods mint leaves, plus extra to garnish
1 teaspoon Sugar Syrup
Soda Water, to serve
To make the sugar syrup, combine equal parts water and sugar. Bring to the boil, then coil completely.
Place the Poppin Pods mint, lime and sugar syrup in a tumbler and muddle. Add crushed ice and rum, shake, then top up with soda water and garnish with mint.
